About Me

I am deeply committed to my work and wholeheartedly dedicated to helping my clients grow and heal. My passion for this work is rooted in years of study, personal experience, and an ongoing commitment to learning. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, with a concentration in Integral Counseling Psychology.

But beyond my credentials, my journey is what drives me. I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, which has shaped my life, my relationships, and my understanding of suffering and healing. There were times when I felt lost and overwhelmed, struggling with beliefs and patterns that didn’t serve me. Dance became a vital outlet for expression and healing, and it was through movement that I first realized I wanted to dedicate my life to mindful psychology.

A pivotal moment came in an undergraduate choreography class, studying Martha Graham’s work. As I connected with the deep emotions expressed through her dance, I realized that pain and healing are universal. This sparked my own journey of self-discovery and empowered me to shift my beliefs and responses to life’s challenges.

In my own work, I’ve explored hypnotherapy and the unconscious mind, bringing shadow work and buried patterns into consciousness. This process has been transformative, allowing me to confront and integrate the parts of myself I once ignored. I bring this same awareness to my practice, guiding clients to uncover and heal unconscious patterns that may be holding them back.

Today, I continue to evolve, viewing life’s obstacles through a broader lens, and I bring this perspective to my work with clients. My approach is grounded in the belief that transformation is always possible, no matter where you’re starting from.
