Relationships are an opportunity for a growth! 

They are away we discover our own interior landscapes and the places we have been wounded.  I offer therapy to individuals and couples who are looking to understand, explore, and deepen their relationships and connection both within themselves and with each other. Often when there is conflict or boredom in our personal relationships it is because we have come up against a wall, something is not working, growth has stopped both within the relationship and in the individual. I offer a space to see what's not working, to see personal needs, and to see if we are treating ourselves the way we want to be treated in relationship. I offer tools and techniques to create a greater intimacy in the relationship.
