Living Beyond Illness: Somatic & Mindful Healing for Chronic Pain

In my therapeutic practice, I specialize in working with individuals navigating chronic illness and pain. I offer a compassionate and grounded space for clients to explore the emotional, physical, and relational impact of living with long-term health challenges. Over the years, I’ve supported many clients facing serious medical diagnoses and the complex inner experiences that can arise alongside them.

My path into this work is rooted in my own experience living with Cystic Fibrosis. It taught me early on the importance of listening to the body, tending to emotional complexity, and finding strength in the face of vulnerability. This personal journey continues to inform my therapeutic approach—grounded, holistic, and attuned to the full experience of what it means to heal.

My approach integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help clients build a deeper connection with their bodies and disidentify from limiting illness-based narratives. Through tools such as hypnotherapy, visualization, and somatic processing, I support clients in embodying their experience more fully—creating space for greater acceptance, self-compassion, and resilience.

This work is about reclaiming a sense of agency and reconnecting with the body as an ally. My intention is to help you build a more empowered relationship with yourself as you move through the challenges of illness and toward a more integrated, vital way of being.
